Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanatzar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the services.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Sanatzar for the transaction giving rise to the claim.
Termination Conditions
We may suspend or terminate access to the services for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or to protect platform integrity. You may terminate your account at any time. Certain obligations, including intellectual property and payment obligations, survive termination.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
